Very clean & nice room with balcony. We had the Deluxe room for 3 night. David & his family were very kind và give us excellent information on bicycle posibilities with a hand drawn bản đồ with routes in the country side. He even wrote down on a paper Vietnamees text for more difficult road junctions we could show khổng lồ the locals (most of them don't speak speak English nor French. Even transfer to lớn train station (2-3 km) was done by his private oto for free!

David at the reception was quite helpful and helped us khổng lồ book tours, taxi, bus. The service is good.

The room really doesn't look nice. It smells very moldy, if you open the closet it smells even worse, the window goes to lớn the corridor so you can't leave it open, it's a bit noisy at night, the bathroom is small and the shower is over the toilet, so everything is wet after the shower. Things look old & not very nice. Breakfast is also not great, just bread with eggs and marmalade and a tea. In Vietnam we got excellent hotels with a better price, so this one was quite a disapointement.

Don't hesitate to stay here, very comfortable và clean. Good food, great staff. Good base whilst staying in Ninh Binh.

The staff was always very friendly & helpful. Nice room và with heater. We stayed there when temperatures outside were about 13°c

Laundry service is poor. For usd 2.-/kg (about 2 times the average cost in Vietnam) I assumed lớn get back the laundry clean và ironed. For trăng tròn usd we expect at least one closet in the room.

The blankets were more bedspreads than blankets so we didn"t feel comfortable khổng lồ sleep under them. However, we asked for a clean sheet to put under them, which solved the problem.

The Ngoc Anh khách sạn is a great place lớn stop off in Ninh Binh. My wife và I stayed here for a few nights. The staff were friendly và helpful, our room was clean and comfortable và the tour we dvdtuhoc.com khổng lồ Tam Coc and Bich Dong was great (the hotel didn"t push us into anything và they have motorbikes lớn hire if you want bởi vì your own tour). The food in the evening was also excellent. Overall this is real value for money for those wanting a base to explore the dramatic local countryside from.

The place is a bit worn but excellent for the price, and clean. The staff was very helpful in suggesting things khổng lồ do, & they rent bicycles or organise a car và driver if needed.
